丹栀逍遥丸对月经不调实习女护生心理健康的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察丹栀逍遥丸对月经不调实习女护生心理健康的影响。方法:采用丹栀逍遥丸对符合诊断标准的月经不调实习女护生46例进行治疗,以3个月为1疗程,观察1疗程后实习女护生月经不调及心理健康状况的改善情况。结果:1疗程后实习女护生痊愈26例,显效5例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率86.96%;治疗前实习女护生心理健康量表(CCSMHS)测评结果在焦虑、自卑、抑郁、社交退缩、强迫5个维度上的得分均高于全国常模且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后焦虑、自卑、抑郁、社交退缩、强迫因子分与全国常模比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但与治疗前比较焦虑、抑郁因子分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹栀逍遥丸可改善实习女护生的心理问题。Objective： To observe the effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao pills on mental health of clinical nursing girl students with irregular menstruation. Methods ： The clinical nursing girl students who met the diagnostic criteria of irregular menstruation were treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao pills, with 3 months for one course of treatment, the improvement of irregular menstruation and mental health after one course was observed. Results： After one treatment, 26 clinical nursing girl students were cured, 5 students were improved significantly, 9 students were effective, 6 students were invalid. The total effective rate was 86. 96%. There were significant differences in anxiety, low self - es- teem, depression, social withdrawal, compel dimensions scores between the female clinical nursing students and the national norm before the treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; after treatment, there were no statistically significance in anxiety, low self - esteem, depression, social withdrawal, compel dimensions scores between female clinical nursing students and the national norm （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, but compared with before treatment, anxiety, there were significant differences in anxiety and depression dimensions scores （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： Danzhi Xiaoyao pills can improve the psychological problems of clinical nursing girl students.
