摘  要:针对富氧燃烧加热炉内钢坯的氧化烧损问题,基于氧化反应动力学,建立钢坯氧化烧损速率模型,通过模拟计算,逐个分析各操作参数对钢坯氧化的影响规律。结果表明,提高钢坯入炉温度,降低加热终了温度,提高表面升温速率,减少均热时间等均可缩短钢坯在炉时间,降低氧化烧损,提高生产率;随着空气消耗系数及富氧率的增大,钢坯氧化烧损量增加。在保证燃料完全燃烧情况下,可采用较小空气消耗系数,以降低烟气含氧浓度,减少钢坯氧化烧损。Oxidation burning loss rate model of billet was set up based on oxidation reaction kinetics for oxidation burning loss of billet in heating furnace with oxygen-enriched combustion .Effect of various operating parameters on the oxidation of billet was studied by simulation calculation.The results show that those measures , such as increasing the charging temperature and surface heating rate , reducing the discharging temperature and soaking time by cutting down the total time of heating , can reduce the oxidation burning loss and improve productivity .With increasing of air consumption coefficient and oxygen enrichment rate , the oxidation burning loss of billet is enlarged . Smaller air consumption coefficient can reduce the oxidation burning loss of billet in order to reduce the oxygen concentration of flue gas under the condition of the fuel complete combustion .
