摘  要:研究了CL60钢在830℃保温30min后立即在水中冷却3~5s,然后在500℃回火40min,最后空冷至室温后的显微组织、力学性能及接触疲劳寿命,分析了夹杂物和残余应力对其接触疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明,热处理后,CL60车轮钢组织为细小均匀的索氏体,强塑性得到提高。径向载荷F〉1500N时,随着载荷增大,接触疲劳寿命呈几何倍数下降。组织中的氧化铝夹杂降低了车轮钢的接触疲劳强度,而硫化物对接触疲劳寿命影响较小。热处理后残余压应力增加,从而延长其接触疲劳寿命。Microstructure, mechanical properties and fatigue life of CL60 wheel steel were studied after heating at 830 ℃ for 30 min and cooling in water for 3-5 s, then tempering at 500 ℃ for 40 rain and air-cooling to room temperature. Effect of inclusions and residual stress on fatigue life of the steel was analyzed. The results show that the microstructure is fine sorbite, and the strength and plasticity are improved after the heat treatment. When radial load (F) over 1500 N, with the value of F increasing, contact fatigue life decreases geometrically. Moreover, alumina inclusions will decrease contact fatigue life of the steel, while the effect of sulfide on contact fatigue life is less. After heat treating, the values of residual compression stress increase that prolong the contact fatigue life of the steel.
