摘 要:通过显微组织观察、拉伸和冲击试验、硬度测试、残留奥氏体测定和冲击断口形貌分析等,研究了回火温度对22SiMnCrNi2Mo钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,300℃以下回火时,组织为回火马氏体+贝氏体+残留奥氏体;400~500℃回火时,组织为回火屈氏体;600℃时,组织为回火索氏体。随回火温度升高,强度、硬度呈下降趋势,残留奥氏体含量逐渐减少;冲击性能先下降后升高,在400~500℃出现回火脆性,600℃时冲击吸收能量达到最大。综合比较,200℃时强度、硬度和塑韧性配合较好。Effects of tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of 22SiMnCrNi2Mo steel were investigated by use of microstructure observation , tensile and impact test , hardness measurement , determination of retained austenite and impact fracture analysis . The results show that the microstructure of the steel tempered below 300℃is composed of tempered martensite +bainite+retained austenite , tempered at 400-500 ℃, is tempered troostite and tempered at 600 ℃, is tempered sorbitic .With tempering temperature increasing , the strength and hardness of 22SiMnCrNi2Mo steel reduce gradually , the retained austenite decreases gradually , the impact properties falls first and then rapidly increases .Temper brittleness appears at 400-500 ℃ and impact absorbed energy reaches to maximum at 600 ℃. Comprehensive comparison , the strength, hardness, plasticity and toughness has a better match when tempered at 200 ℃.
