摘  要:研究了Cr12MoV钢轴瓦高温淬火回火后的组织与畸变。结果表明,Cr12MoV钢轴瓦经高淬高回处理后,组织为针状回火马氏体+少量残留奥氏体+一次和二次碳化物;大块及长杆状共晶碳化物经高淬高回处理后细化,棱角钝化;轴瓦大部分内孔缩小,外圆整体胀大,内孔畸变程度大于外圆,内孔缩小率≤-0.16%,外圆胀大率≤+0.11%。Microstructure and distortion of Cr12MoV steel bush after high temperature quenching and tempering were studied. The results show that the microstructure of Cr12MoV steel bush after high temperature quenching and tempering is composed of acicular tempered martensite, a bit of retained austenite and primary and secondary carbides. Blocky and rod like eutectic carbides after high temperature quenching and tempering tend to fining and its edges and corners are rounded. The size of most bush bores reduces, but the outer round swells, the distortion of bush bore expands more than that of the outer round, the bore reduction ratio is ≤ -0. 16% , outer round expanding ratio is ≤+0.11%.
