摘 要:应用Fluent软件对炉气循环网带式回火炉炉膛内部流场进行数值模拟,对流场均匀性进行了研究。结果表明,在原始炉型结构下,炉膛内部流场的不均性主要表现为炉膛尾部的上方加热区存在大范围涡旋;工作区的流场速度分布不均匀。通过改进导向叶片结构及增设导流板,可显著提高流场均匀性。Flow field in gas circulating mesh belt furnace was numerically simulated by Fluent software , and flow field uniformity was studied . The results show that the heterogeneity of flow field in the furnace chamber which has original structure is mainly presented as the large range vortex in the heating zone located at the top position of furnace chamber rear , and the heterogeneity of velocity distribution in working zone .The uniformity of flow field has been significantly enhanced by improving the structure of guide blades and adding guide -plates.
