摘　　要：本文从阳虚的角度评述肾气丸在原发性高血压，高血压痛伴随。肾损害、性功能降低，老年高血压和难治性高血压等4个方面的r临床运用，发现在服用西药降压的同时，以肾气丸辨证加减灵活运用可有效改善高血压病的症状和生存质量。This article would review the clinical application of shen-qi pills in 4 aspects of essential hypertension, hypertension associated with kidney damage and sexual function reduced, elderly hypertension, refractory hypertension from the point of view of yang asthenia, and found that flexible differentiation modified using shen-qi pills while taking anti-hypertensive medicine could effectively improve the symptoms and quality of life of hypertension patients.
