摘　　要：本文概述近年来针灸治疗功能性便秘的常用疗法、针刺手法、取穴规律等发现，针灸治疗功能性便秘疗法众多，安全简便，针剌手法独特，临床疗效颇为满意，但相关临床研究尚有不足，今后可建立客观、多层次的疗效评定体系，开展多中心、大样本的前瞻性研究。This article has summarized the discoveries of acupuncture treatment like common therapy, acupuncture manipulation, regularity of acupoint selection for functional constipation in recent years, there are many acupuncture treatments for functional constipation, which are safe and easy operating, unique acupuncture techniques and satisfied efficacy, but interrelated clinical studies are still inadequate, an objective and multi-level system of efficacy assessment can be established in future, and develop a prospective study of multi-center and large sample.
