整脊疗法配合针刺治疗退行性脊柱炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨整脊疗法配合针剌治疗退行性脊柱炎的疗效。方法：将96例退行性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组（48例）和对照组（48例），治疗组采用整脊疗法配合针刺治疗，对照组采用红外线照射配合针刺治疗，比较两组患者的症状、体征、日常动作积分及临床疗效。结果：治疗组的腰痛、下肢痛或麻木、步行能力、肌力、翻身、弯腰、长时间坐立等积分均高于对照组（P〈0．01）；治疗组总有效率为93．8％，高于对照组的79．2％（P〈0．05）。结论：整脊疗法配合针刺治疗退行性脊柱炎疗效显著，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effects of chiropractic therapy combined with acupuncture treating degenerative spondylitis. Methods： 96 cases of degenerative spondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group （48 cases） and control group （48 cases）, treatment group adopted chiropractic therapy combined with acupuncture, control group with treatment of infrared irradiation combined with acupuncture, to compare the symptoms, signs, daily action integral and clinical effects of the two groups. Results： Integral of lumbago, lower limb pain or numbness, walking ability, muscle strength, rolling over, bending down and sitting for a long time in treatment group were higher than those in control group （P〈 0.01）; the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.8%, higher than that of control group by 79.2% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chiropractic therapy combined with acupuncture treating degenerative spondylitis are significantly effective and high security, being worthy of clinical application.
