活血止痛片的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的：建立活血止痛片的质量控制方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法对活血止痛片中的赤芍、当归、三七进行鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法对活血止痛片中的芍药苷进行定量。结果：赤芍、当归、三七薄层色谱斑点清晰，阴性无干扰；芍药苷在51．52～1288．0ng的范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．99995，平均加样回收率为99．79％，RSD=1．21％。结论：该方法简便准确，重现性好，可作为活血止痛片的质量控制标准。Objective： To establish the quality standards of Huoxuezhitong tablet. Methods： TLC was used to distinguish the Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Angelicae sinensis and Radix Notoginseng in Huoxuezhitong tablet; The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. Results： The prescription of Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Angelicae sinensis and Radix Notoginseng has distinguishing characteristics without the interference of the blank control. Paeoniflorin in the framework of 51.52-1288.0ng showed a good linear relationship, r=0.9999, the average recovery was 99.79%, RSD=1.21%. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, it can be used to control the quality of Huoxuezhitong tablet.
