基于委托代理博弈的政府监管部门与第三方网络交易平台关系研究

摘　　要：第三方网络交易平台是网络交易买卖双方之间的桥梁,也是众多网络交易违法行为发生的密集区。本文结合国内电子商务监管的实际情况,对监管部门与第三方网络交易平台之间的关系构建委托-代理博弈模型,研究在信息对称、信息不对称、信息不对称且考虑网络环境因素三种情况下政府部门如何对第三方网络交易平台进行监管和激励,旨在促进第三方网络交易平台积极负责地对平台上的交易行为进行监督和管理,减少网络交易违法行为的发生,切实提高网络交易监管效率。The third-party network trading platform is the bridge between buyers and sellers , and is the intensive areas where a large number of network transactions violations occurred .The paper studies the government how to regulate and motivate the third-party network trading platform to promote it to actively and responsibly supervise the transaction be -haviors , reduce the occurrence of illegal trading network , and improve the efficiency of network transactions supervision in three cases of information symmetry , information asymmetry, information asymmetry and considering the network envi-ronment factors, by combining with the actual situation of the domestic e -commerce regulation to build principal -agent game model of the relationship between the third -party network transaction platform and regulation departments .
