摘　　要：行为导向教学模式以行动为导向,让学生使用脑、心、手等开展全面学习,培养学生主动的创业意识,复合型、多维度的知识能力结构和过硬的心理思想道德品质。为在物流创业人才培养中更好地实施行为导向教学模式,必须转变传统的教学目标,加强师资队伍建设,设置合理的课程体系,选择适用教材,采用针对性的教学方法。The action-oriented teaching mode allows students to use their brain, heart and hands to carry out a comprehensive study and cultivates students＇ initiative entrepreneurship awareness, compound and multi-dimensional knowledge ability structure as well as excellent ideological and moral quality. To better implement the action-oriented teaching mode in the cultivation of logis- tics entrepreneurial talents, we must change conventional teaching objectives, strengthen the faculty construction, set up a reasona- ble curriculum system, choose suitable textbooks, and employ individualized teaching methods.
