摘　　要：铁路应用大数据技术具有重要的现实意义。从开展客户关系管理、加强市场分析和预测、提高运输收益管理和发展铁路现代物流4个方面,探讨铁路应用大数据技术的发展方向,提出铁路应用大数据技术的发展策略:提高从数据到决策的转化效率,打造铁路"数据供应链",建立完善的数据安全和客户隐私保障策略。Application of big data technology on railways has important actual meaning. From 4 aspects of developing clients relationship management, strengthening market analysis and forecast, increasing transport benefits management and developing railway modern logistics, this paper discusses the development trend of applying big data technology to railways, and puts forward development strategies of applying the technology, including： increasing transformation efficiency from data to decision-making, creating railway ＇data supply chain＇, and establishing perfect data safety and guarantee strategies of client＇s privacy.
