高速铁路维修天窗安全作业门管理方式研究

摘　　要：通过阐述高速铁路维修天窗安全作业门的分类和管理部门,结合我国典型铁路局作业门的相关规定,采用UML顺序图描述安全作业门申请流程中各单位间消息传递的时序关系,比较某高速铁路沿线各铁路局维修天窗安全作业门的钥匙管理和上、下线管理情况,分析作业门管理存在的主要问题,提出相应对策,重点对作业门监控管理系统的功能提出建议,对于统一我国高速铁路维修天窗安全作业门管理、优化综合维修天窗效率具有现实意义。Through expounding classification of safety operation door of maintenance window on high-speed railways and its management department, combining with relative rules of typical railway administration operation door in China, this paper, by using UML sequence diagram, describes the time sequence relationships of information transmission among each enterprise during application process of safety operation door, compares the key management and line-into ＆ line-out management status of safety operation door of the maintenance window by each railway administration along certain high-speed railway, analyzes main problems existing in the operation door management, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and emphatically presents suggestions on the functions of supervision management system of the operation door, all of these have actual meaning on unifying safety operation door management of maintenance window for Chinese hiclh-sDeed railways and oDtimizinQ efficiency of comprehensive maintenance window.
