关于日本海军1874年在上海非法购地问题

摘　　要：日本海军从1873年就图谋长期在中国沿海立足,为此,于1874年7月在上海向英商非法购得浦东的一块面积为27亩多的沿江土地,作为所谓"海军省用地"。为了对中外掩盖真相,日方以日商出面购地,继而在海军绝对掌控的前提下,长期将所购土地租借给日商。甲午战争后,所谓"海军省用地"逐渐用于军事意图。近代日军在华非法购地之事多有发生,而海军购地则是首开其端,其以日商为掩护的手法后来也被日军沿袭。Japanese navy wanted to found long_term military post in China since 1873.So in 1874 they purchased a piece of land along river as the so called land by navy ministry. In order to cover issue, the deal was finished by Japanese merchant ,but the process was controlled by Japanese navy, and the land was rented by Japanese navy to Japanese merchant. After 1894 war between China and Japan, the land was used for military aim. In modem time, Japanese navy＂s purchasing land was the beginning of Japanese army＇s purchasing land illegally in China, and Japanese army always make use of merchant to finished their aim.
