基于TTM理论模型下的新生代农民工体育锻炼行为特征研究

摘　　要：采用文献研究、专家访谈与问卷调查等研究方法,运用跨模型理论,对皖江城市新生代农民工的体育锻炼行为进行探讨,对影响体育锻炼的自我效能因素进行变量关系分析,对体育锻炼的自我效能与体育锻炼行为的关系进行实证研究.以期对新生代农民工的体育锻炼行为特征及自我效能发展影响因素进行深入分析,并对新生代农民工的体育锻炼干预提供实证的研究支撑.Through literature study, expert interview and questionnaire survey research methods, with the trans- theoretical model theory, this paper discusses the sports exercise behavior of the new generation of migrant workers in the Wanjiang City belt, analyzes the effects of sports exercise self- ef- ficacy factor variables, and handles an empirical research on the relationship between sports exercise self - efficacy and behavior, and studies the factors influencing the development of the sports exercise behav- ior of the new generation of migrant workers and self - efficacy in order to make an profound analysis and an empirical research , and then provides a sport exercise intervention to the new generation of mi- grant workers
