摘　　要：快递业的出现打破了传统邮政业传递信息的单一格局,是满足社会商品流通需要的重要产业,我国快递产业在30余年的发展路程中,已逐渐发展成为我国对外出口、对内供应的重要流通渠道,众多民营快递企业在其中贡献了重要力量。但是我国民营快递企业存在着服务质量差、市场竞争能力弱、核心优势不明显等缺陷,并购整合路径便成为一条适合我国民营快递企业发展的良性道路。安徽省如顺丰、申通等大型民营快递企业在企业资金水平、企业知名度、快递速度、服务范围、营销能力和政策适应性方面具有较强实力,而优速、国通、速尔、汇通快运和港中能达等中小民营快递企业的竞争力则较弱,无论从横向还是纵向来看,均应进行并购,以提升安徽省的快递服务水平,壮大民营快递企业实力。The express industry to break the traditional single pattern of postal industry information, is an important industry in circulation need social goods to meet, China^s express industry in the development course of more than 30 years, has gradually become China＇s foreign export, an important circulation channel to supply, many private ex- press enterprises of the important contribution in which the forces. But private express enterprises in our country have poor quality of service, market competition ability is weak, the core advantage is not obvious defects, M ＆ A in- tegration path will become a virtuous path suitable for the development of our domestic private express delivery en- terprises. In this paper, through the analysis found that, with strong strength of Anhui province such as SF, Shentong and other large private express enterprise in enterprise capital level, enterprise reputation, express speed, scope of services, marketing and policy adaptability, good speed, Stateline, Azores, Huitong express and Hong Kong, and oth- er small and medium-sized private enterprises express competitiveness is weak, in terms of both horizontal and verti- cal perspective, should carry out mergers and acquisitions, to upgrade the entire province courier service level, strengthen the private express delivery enterprises.
