摘  要:目的通过观察额尔敦-乌日勒对动脉粥样硬化(AS)易损斑块(PV)家兔血清的血脂代谢和肝肾功能等生化指标的影响,探讨额尔敦-乌日勒抗AS-PV的作用机制。方法随机将65只家兔分为正常对照组、模型组、辛伐他汀组,额尔敦-乌日勒组。实验24周后处死家兔取血清和主动脉,观察主动脉病理形态学改变,采用全自动生化仪检测各组家兔血清TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C等血脂指标变化和ALT、AST、У-GT与CRE、BUN等肝肾功能指标的变化。结果采用高脂饮食加免疫损伤和球囊拉伤方法,成功建立家兔AS-PV模型。与正常组比较,模型组LDL-C、HDL-C、TC升高,与模型组比较,额尔敦-乌日勒组HDL-C、TG、TC降低;与正常组比较,模型组AST、У-GT升高,与正常组比较,辛伐他汀组ALT、AST、У-GT升高;与正常组比较,模型组CRE、BUN升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论额尔敦-乌日勒确切具有安全、低毒等优势和鲜明的蒙药特色、独特功效。可能通过调节血脂,进而改善血液流变指标,对高血脂所致AS-PV有明显的拮抗作用。Objective Through observing the effect of Eerdun - wurile on atherosclerosis (AS) vulnerable plaques(PV) rabbit serum lipid metabolism and hepatorenal function, to explore action mechanism of antagonism to AS-PV. Methods 65 rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, simvastatin group and Eerdun - wurile group. Rabbits were sacrificed after 24 weeks, observed the pathological morphological changes of aortic, using automatic biochemical analyzer test changes of serum TC, TG, LDL, HDL - C - C and ALT, AST, y - GT and CRE, BUN hepatorenal function. Results Rabbit AS - PV model was eatablished successfully with high-fat diet plus immune injury and balloon strain method. Compared with normal group, LDL - C, TC, HDL - C of model group increased;compared with model group, HDL - C, TG, TC, of Eerdun - wurile group decreased. Compared with normal group, AST, y- GT of model group increased ;ALT, AST, y -GT of simvastatin group increased ;CRE, BUN of model group increased, the difference has statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Eerdtm - wurile was safe and effective with low toxicity and distinctive Mongolian features.
