摘 要:目的优选出芪丹颗粒的成型工艺。方法首先考察提取液的浓缩方法,以时间和丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B、黄芪甲苷的含量为评价指标进行综合筛选。再以吸湿率、溶化时间、成型率为考察指标,辅以理化性质和各辅料的价格,筛选出制备芪丹颗粒的最优辅料以及辅料用量。然后再进行颗粒理化性质的研究。结果优选出乳糖为辅料,清膏与辅料按1∶3比例混匀,以3号药筛挤压制粒,70℃减压干燥,整粒。成品颗粒的临界相对湿度为68%,休止角为34.14°。结论颗粒的吸湿性小,成型性好,溶化性高,为芪丹颗粒的工业生产提供了科学的依据。Objective To optimize forming technology of Qidan Granule. Methods To examine the concentration method of extraction with time, tanshinone II A content, salvianolic acid B content and astragaloside content as indexes. And optimizing excipients and their dosage of Qidan Granule were selected with moisture rate, melting time, forming rate and physicochemical properties and the price of the excipients as indexes. Then study the physicochemical properties of granules. Result Optimizing the lactose as excipient, the prescription of the clear cream and excipient was 1:3, and after blending with 3 drug sieve to extrude granulation, dried at 70℃, sorting granule. Critical relative humidity of product particles was 68%, angle of repose was 34.14°.Conclusion Granule had small hygroscopicity, good formability and high melting, it could provide scientific basis for industrial oroduction of Oidan Granule.
