摘　　要：道路旅客运输是危险性高、易发生事故的行业,是国家安全生产专项治理重点行业之一。本文将全面质量管理的PDCA循环运用于道路旅客运输企业安全管理,探讨道路旅客运输业安全管理的办法与操作过程,规范道路旅客运输企业安全管理。Road passenger transportation is of high dangers and high accidents, it is the key industries of special projects of national safety production.This paper discusses the application of the PDCA cycle in Total Quality Management to the safety management of road passenger transportation enterprise, and discuss the method and operating process of the safety management of road passenger transportation, in order to regu- late the safety management of road passenger transportation enterprise.
