摘  要:平安金融中心位于深圳市福田中心区1号地块,建筑地上118层,地下5层,裙房10层,塔楼塔顶高度597m,塔尖高度660m,是中国南部第一栋高度超过600m的超高层建筑。着重介绍了从结构方案阶段开始,结构体系不断优化的历程,最终形成了巨型斜撑框架-伸臂桁架-型钢混凝土筒体的结构体系。首先介绍了桩基工程,探讨了改善巨型框架承担剪力的方法和楼层最小剪力系数的取值;其次介绍了项目地震工程、风工程的研究成果,提出了本工程的结构设计标准及结构性能目标,该设计标准对今后同类项目的设计具有一定的参考价值;最后介绍了本工程在罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性动力时程分析结果,验证了工程结构的结构性能目标及其在罕遇地震作用下的安全性。Ping'an Financial Center, which is located on the first block of the central district of Futian district in Shenzhen, has 118 stories aboveground, 5 stories basement and a podium with 10 stories. It is the first super high-rise building higher than 600m in southern China with the tower height of 597m and the tower spire height of 660m. The development of structure system was introduced as well as the finally formed structure system of mega brace frame-outrigger-steel reinforced concrete corewa]l. Firstly, the pile engineering was introduced. Then the method of improving shear force taken by mega frame was introduced as well as the story shear weight ratio. Research of the earthquake engineering and the wind engineering was reported and the structural design criteria and performance-based design objectives was proposed. The structural design criteria could be the reference for the design of similar projects in the future. The results of the elasticplastic dynamic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake were introduced to verify objectives of performance-based design and the safety of this building.
