Connecting concrete composite plate and cold-formed thin-walled steel components with self-tapping screws as shear model, monotonic loading tests were carried out. Shear failure mode on the interface of screws connection, the shear capacity of screws and influence of shear connectors in concrete composite plate on bond behavior of composite plate were analyzed. Shear capacity of single screw was calculated by code formula and the test results match theoretic results very well. The failure modes are shear failure of screws, bond failure of concrete and profiled steel sheet, and instability failure or bearing failure of profiled steel sheet. Before cracking of bond between concrete and profiled steel sheet, shear connectors inside can increase the shear stiffness of connection and reduce slippage. Shear capacity of screws is a little lower than that of the screws without shear connectors inside. Cold-formed thin-walled steel shear connectors are suggested to use between concrete and profiled steel sheet. Different theoretic calculation methods for shear capacity of screws are necessary according to the consideration of composite effect of concrete and profiled steel sheet.
