摘 要:摘要:针对我国环卫行业职业服面料普遍存在的荧光度差、不耐洗和穿着不透气等缺陷,采用常用分散荧光染料对全涤环卫服面料进行染整加工,探讨染料用量、染色温度和时间、染浴pH值等因素对织物K/S值及亮度系数卢的影响,并按仿丝绸染整工艺进行中样生产实践。结果表明,经25g/LNaOH碱减量处理后,环卫服面料染色优化条件为:染色温度130oC,染色时间60min,染色pH值4~5。以1.1%(omf)荧光黄10G和0.9%(omf)荧光红G拼色,并结合亲水柔软整理,生产的面料符合《职业用高可视性警示服》橘红色标准要求,染色牢度可满足30次水洗。In view of the general disadvantages of poor fluorescent, washing fastness and air permeability of commercial sanita- tion clothing, the silk-like dyeing of sanitation clothing with disperse fluorescent dye is optimized. Factors exerting influences on K./$ value and luminance/Y of the dyeings are discussed, such as dyes concentration, pH value of dye bath, dyeing tempera- ture and time, and pilot trials are carried out. The results show that the optimum dyeing process is dyeing at 130 ~C for 60 rain with pH value 4 ~ 5 after alkali deweighting with 25 g/L NaOH. Combination dyeing with I. 1%(omf) Fluorescent Yellow Dye 10G and 0.9%(omf) Fluorescent Red Dye G and followed by hydrophilic softening, the sanitation clothing can meet the require- ments of "High-visibility warning clothing for professional use even after 50 cycles launderings.
