摘 要:建立了基于LabVIEW软件的系列交流接触器动态特性仿真分析系统,该系统由动态特性计算与动态特性分析两个模块组成.动态特性计算模块用于计算不同电压、合闸相角等参数下动态磁链、线圈电流、运动速度、吸合时间等动态特性,为分析交流接触器最佳动作过程提供依据.利用动态特性分析模块可以仿真不同工作情况下的电流特性、吸反力配合特性、触动时间、吸合时间、末速度等特性,同时具有计算起动容量、线圈绕组温升等功能.通过实验验证了仿真分析系统的准确性和可行性,并对比分析线圈匝数、线径对接触器动特性的影响.Based on the LabVEIW software, the calculation and analysis system of dynamic character- istics of series AC contactor is introduced in this paper. The system is made up of two sections, one is dynamic characteristics calculation module, the other is for analysis. With the first module, the dynamic flux, coil current, motion velocity and switching- on time and so on, can be easily calculated whatever the voltage or phase is and in turn to provide the basis for optimum action process. What' s more, with the other part of the system, not only the parameters mentioned above, but also the matching characteristics of electromagnetic force and mechanical spring force and the armature actuation time can be all simulated. In the meantime, the system can be used to calculate the starting capacity and temperature rise of winding. Compared results of experiment shows that the simulation model established can indeed reflect the actual dynamic process of electromagnetic mechanism to a certain extent.
