摘  要:本文结合HRM高细立式磨项目应用经验,主要分析了HRM高细立式磨粉磨重质碳酸钙的工艺原理及影响立磨稳定操作与运行的因素。工程实践表明立式磨是实现重质碳酸钙等非金属矿产业规模化、产品精细化发展的新型设备之一,作为非金属矿粉体加工装备技术升级的典范,有利于提升非金属矿粉体的经济附加值水平。Based on the application experience of HRM roller mill engineering projects, the process theory of grinding ground calcium carbonate (GCC) using HRM mill and the factors influencing the stable operation of HRM mill were mainly analyzed here. Engineering practices have indicated that vertical roller mill is one of the advanced equipments to realize industry-scale and products- fine progress of non-metallic minerals, such as GCC. Also, as a technology upgrading model of non-metallic mineral powder grinding equipment, it is beneficial to raise the level of economic additional value in non-metallic mineral powders.
