摘  要:尾矿库溃坝风险评价是一个多因素多层次的综合评价问题,存在复杂性和模糊性。分析影响尾矿坝稳定性的因素,建立包括安全基础管理、结构破坏、渗流破坏、失稳溃决和浸顶溃决的5大类、16项指标的尾矿库溃坝风险评价指标体系;运用层次分析法确定出各影响因素的权重;应用模糊综合评价法计算尾矿库溃坝风险等级。研究结果表明:此方法具有较好的合理性和实用性,探索了一条尾矿库溃坝风险评价的新途径,为尾矿库的安全管理和运行提供了有效支持。Risk evaluation in tailings reservoir dam-break is a multi-factor and multi-level comprehensive evaluation, it exists complexity and ambiguity. By analysis of the factors affecting the stability of the tailings dam tailings reservoir dam-break risk assessment system with 5 categories and 16 indicators was established including basic safety management, structural damage, seepage damage, instability outburst and dip top outburst. Application analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each influence factor and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate dam-break risk levels oftailings reservoir. The results show that this method has better rationality and practicality, it explores a new way for risk evaluation in tailings reservoir dam-break and provide effective support for tailings safety management and operational.
