摘　　要：地基中段防御系统主要用于拦截洲际弹道导弹,作为战略防御系统,其发展备受美国政府重视。通过研究美国地基中段防御系统拦截飞行试验情况,总结分析了影响试验结果的原因,主要有采办策略不合理、试验不充分、疏于质量控制和技术攻关难度大等。针对地基中段防御系统暴露的问题,介绍了美国为进一步推进地基中段防御系统发展所采取的一系列新举措。GMD is used to intercept intercontinental ballistic missile. As strategic defense system, the development of GMD is paid attention by American goverment. By analyzing GMD intercept flight tests, the main problems that affect flight test result are concluded, which obtain unreasonable acquisition strat- egy, unsuitability test plan, flawed quality control, high difficulty of technology, etc. Aimed at the prob- lem, new measures to push GMD further development are presented.
