摘　　要：美国非常重视空间领域的规划建设。奥巴马政府不仅对之前美国的空间战略进行了重新调整,在其任期内也不断修正本国空间的发展思路。从宏观角度和技术角度研究了美国空间战略调整情况,列举了支持战略调整的具体举措,并以此为基础,分析了美国对尖端技术和武器装备发展的影响,以及空间战略调整的辐射效应所带来的全方位影响。The plan and construction in space area are valued deeply by America. After the new govern- ment is founded, the space strategy is modified not only at the beginning of Obama being the president, but also in his term. The modification of US space strategy is discussed from two different aspects of strat- egy and technology. The detailed actions for supporting the new strategy are listed. Based on these re- search, its influence on the development of advanced technologies and weapons, as well as the influence caused by radiation effect of space strategy modificaiton on other aspects are analyzed.
