摘 要:针对单片集成压力传感器输出幅度较小、温度漂移会引起压力精度变化等难题,提出了一种新型的信号调理电路。该电路通过两个差分放大电路和四个D/A转换器来解决单片集成压力传感器的小输出和温度漂移问题。仿真结果表明,在5V电源电压下,在0℃~85℃温度范围内,信号调理电路的最大误差可以减少到满量程输出的1.8%。To solve the problem of variation in pressure accuracy due to small output amplitude and temperature drift, a novel signal conditioning circuit for monolithic integrated pressure sensor was presented. In this circuit, two operational amplifiers and four D/A converters were used to solve problems associated with small output and temperature effects on output of monolithic integrated pressure sensor. Simulation results showed that the maximum output error of the signal conditioning circuit was reduced to less than 1. 8% of the full-scale output voltage in a temperature range from 0 μ to 85 μ at 5 V supply voltage.
