糠醛装置抽出液加热炉腐蚀分析与防护措施

摘  要:糠醛装置设备和工艺管道存在相变腐蚀、糠酸腐蚀、糠焦腐蚀等多种类型腐蚀,所处环境相当恶劣。通过对典型的抽出液加热炉炉管弯头进行宏观腐蚀形貌分析、微观腐蚀形貌分析和腐蚀沟槽能谱分析,可以判断加热炉炉管腐蚀是典型的糠焦腐蚀。针对糠醛装置抽出液加热炉糠焦腐蚀机理和腐蚀分析,从工艺、加剂和设备等方面提出了具体的防护措施。Corrosion of different types including phase change corrosion,furoic acid corrosion,furfural coking corrosion and so on exists in the equipments and process pipelines of the furfural refining unit,which makes the environment very bad. Through macrocorrosion and microcorrosion morphology analysis and energy spectrum analysis of the corrosion groove on the typical tube bend of the furnace for extracted solution,it can be determined that the corrosion of the furnace tube is typical furfural coking corrosion.Aiming at the furfural coking corrosion mechanism of the furnace for extracted solution in furfural unit and the corrosion analysis,concrete protective measures are put forward from the aspects of process,adding agent,equipments and so forth.
