摘　　要：揭示了立式换热器中管板管束系统的重量对管板强度的影响关系。分析表明:对大型立式换热器由质量载荷作用折算的当量压力虽不很大,但其引起的管板应力却十分可观,可能成为管板设计厚度的控制因素。现行标准GB 151中对此没有涉及,但在工程设计中应该加以考虑。This paper discloses the impact of tube bundle weight of vertical heat exchanger on tube sheet strength.The analysis indicates that the equivalent pressure converted by weight load is not big,yet the tube sheet stress caused by it is considerable for large-sized vertical heat exchanger,which might become the controlled factor for the design thickness of tube sheet.There is no relevant regulation in present national standard GB 151,however,it should be considered in engineering design.
