固定复合制剂治疗高海拔地区肺结核临床疗效及副反应观察

摘　　要：目的观察抗结核病药物固定复合制剂(FDC)治疗高原地区肺结核的疗效。方法我省2010年6月份在海东地区开始试点用抗结核病药物FDC治疗肺结核患者,用病历回顾方法对2009年中使用抗痨板式患者和FDC药物疗效进行比较分析。结果观察组与对照组比较,观察组症状改善率明显高于对照组;观察组阴转率高于对照组;治疗的依从性观察组较对照组高;不良反应对照组高于观察组;>50岁患者观察组不良反应明显较对照组低,且差异有统计学意义。结论 FDC抗痨药物治疗肺结核比板式药物不良反应小,患者依从性好,尤其对老年人不良反应低。Objective To evaluate the effect of fixed - dose combinations （FDC） in treatment of pulmonary tu- berculosis at plateau area. Methods The antituberculous drug, FDC, has been used to cure the pulmonary tu- berculosis in Haidong district since June, 2010. The effects of FDC and co - packaged combination drug were compared by reviewing clinical reports of 2009. Results The symptoms of period rate of clinical symptoms in FDC group was higher than that in control group; the negative conversion rates and compliance in FDC group were higher than that in control group ; the incidence of adverse effects in control group was higher than that in FDC group especially for the patient with age 〉 50 years. And the difference was statistically significant. Con- elusions Compared with co - packaged combination drugs, lower incidence of adverse effects especially for the older patients and more compliance were observed in the FDC group.
