绵阳市城区家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解绵阳市城区地震后家蝇对常用杀虫剂的敏感性,为杀虫剂的合理使用提供科学依据。方法按照《全国重要病媒生物抗药性监测(试行)方案》,采用点滴法进行测定。结果绵阳市城区家蝇对主要化学杀虫剂的半数致死量(LD50)值分别为:敌敌畏0.343 ug/只、高效氯氰菊酯0.221 ug/只、溴氰菊酯0.165 ug/只;抗性系数分别为:敌敌畏68.6、高效氯氰菊酯11.05、溴氰菊酯23.57。结论绵阳市城区家蝇对主要化学杀虫剂敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯均产生不同程度的抗性。抗性调查的结果为指导合理使用卫生杀虫剂、延缓家蝇抗药性的增强提供了科学依据。Objective To investigate the resistance of Musca domestica to commonly used insecticides and pro- vide scientific evidence for effective use of insecticides in Mianyang earthquake area. Methods Drip method was used in the study, according to the National important vector biological resistance monitoring programme （trial） . Results The results of the LDs0 of Musca domestica in Mianyang city were as follows. DDVP was O. 343 ug/single, beta - cypermethrin was 0. 221 ug/single, deltamethrin was 0. 165 ug/single. The results of the resistance coefficient were as follows ： DDVP was 68.6, beta - cypermethrin was 11.05, deltamethrin was 23.57. Conclusions Musca domestiea in Mianyang city earthquake area has developed different resistance to DDVP, dehamethrin and beta - cypermethrin. It is necessary to use the result of survey to prevent the resist- ance from developing.
