丰宁县医疗单位医疗器械和消毒液HBsAg污染情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解丰宁县乙肝医源性污染状况,预防乙肝发生,为加强监督管理提供理论依据。方法 2011年对丰宁县6所医院门诊所用医疗器械及消毒液进行了采样检测,用酶联免疫HBsAg诊断试剂盒进行诊断。结果 HBsAg(乙肝表面抗原)阳性占0.8%,特别是消毒后器械阳性占3.1%,浸泡器械消毒液阳性占8.5%,存在安全隐患。结论医院的消毒环节是今后监督检查的重点,特别是个体门诊和乡镇医院。Objective In order to find out the situation of the HBsAg pollution, prevent the spread of Hepatitis B Virus and provide the theoretical basis for our stronger regulation and supervision in Fengning. Methods We took samples from the used medical appliances and disinfector from 6 hospitals for examination and then diag- nosing them by ELISA diagnostic kit for HBsAg in 2011. Results We found 0. 8% of the HBsAg were positive exactly among the total amount, the disinfected medical appliances accounting about for 3.1% were positive and the disinfeetor being used to soak medical appliances accounted for 8.5%. There are hidden risks. Conclusions We will concentrate on supervising hospitals＂ disinfection process, especially the individual clinics and the country hospitals.
