摘 要:目的评价胶体金法在内蒙古布鲁氏菌病监测地区的现场应用效果。方法选择内蒙古布鲁氏菌病监测地区重点人群,采用虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)、试管凝集试验(SAT)和胶体金法进行检测,并对血清学结果进行对比分析。结果共检测1 088份疑似布病患者血清,在RBPT、SAT检测均为阳性的645例中胶体金法检测为阳性的483例、阴性162例,吻合率为74.8%;在RBPT、SAT检测均为阴性或达不到布病诊断标准的443例中胶体金法检测为阳性的11例,假阳性率为2.5%。结论布鲁氏菌抗体检测试剂(胶体金法)检测布鲁氏菌病与RBPT和SAT检出的阳性布病患者的吻合率不高,该试剂的推广使用价值还需更多实验数据进一步支持。Objective Test the spot application effect of colloidal gold method in Inner Mongolia brucellosis mo- nitoring area. Methods With the rose Bengal plate agglutination test (RBPT). tube agglutination test (SAT) and Colloidal gold method, test the focus groups of Inner Mongolia brucellosis monitoring area, and do comparative analyze on the serological results. Results Do serological analyze on 1088 cases of Brucellosis patients, in 645 cases which were positive in PBtYF and SAT test, 483 cases were positive and 162 cases were negative in Colloidal gold test, coincidence was 74. 8%. In 443 cases which were negative or not up to the brucellosis diagnose standard, 11 cases were negative in colloidal gold test, false negative rate was 2. 5%. Conclusions The serological resuks of Colloidal gold method had low coincidence with RBPT and SAT still need more experimental data to support the value of promote application of colloidal gold reagent.
