摘　　要：作为我国金融领域的一项重大改革,资本项目可兑换在推动经济增长、促进金融发展和金融深化、提高资源配置效率、改善制度质量等方面能够带来诸多潜在收益,但这些潜在收益也存在着明显的"门槛效应",良好的制度质量与宏观经济政策环境、有效的金融体系和监管措施等,是保证资本项目可兑换的收益的先决条件。本文系统总结了国内外专家学者对资本项目可兑换的收益的相关定量化研究,以期对我国的资本项目可兑换改革提供借鉴。As a major reform of China＇ s financial field, there are many potential benefits in capital account con- vertibility, such as boosting economic growth, promoting financial development and financial deepening, improving the efficiency of resource allocation and the quality of institution etc. But there are some obvious ＂threshold effect＂ in these potential benefits too.Good quality in institution and macroeconomic policy environment, efficient financial system and supervision measures, are prerequisites for these potential benefits. This paper summarizes the quantitative research of capital account convertibility by experts and scholars at home and abroad, for the sake of providing some references on the reform of capital account convertibility in China.
