摘　　要：目的通过对深圳口岸出入境交通员工高血压病干预效果的研究,了解出入境交通员工高血压病发病的影响因素,为治疗提供科学依据。方法应用行为干预治疗的方法,在服用降压药物的基础上,增加行为干预,观察综合性行为干预措施对降压疗效的影响。结果干预组高血压疾病相关知识的各项问题的知晓率、生活方式改善、血压水平降低、血压控制率和治疗依从性均高于对照组。结论行为干预配合药物治疗的综合治疗措施提高了深圳口岸出入境交通员工高血压控制率及治疗依从性,是一种行之有效的辅助治疗手段。Objective To study effect of intervention and understand the influence factors among entry-exit transportation staff＇s hypertension disease at Shenzhen port, and to provide scientific basis for treatment. Methods While reducing blood pressure drug, behavioral intervention were used for observing the effect of comprehensive behavioral intervention. Results Many aspects of intervention group were better than that of control group, including the awareness rate of hypertension knowledge, life style improvement, hypertension control rate and adherence. Conclusion Behavioral intervention could improve entry-exit transportation staff＇s hypertension control rate and adherence. It is a supplementary and effective method.
