摘 要:[目的]在完成戊二醛毒性检验第1阶段相关实验的基础上,开展第2阶段毒性试验的亚慢性毒性试验,初步探讨戊二醛"最大未观察到有害作用剂量"值范围。[方法]参考GB 15193.13-2003进行高、中、低剂量经口90 d喂养实验。[结果]高、中、低3个剂量组动物在生长发育、体重增长趋势、脏器系数和食物利用率与空白对照组动物无明显差异。高、中剂量组在红细胞、血红蛋白、白细胞高于空白对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)或极显著意义(P<0.01),且存在低、中、高3个剂量组的剂量-效应关系。[结论]戊二醛"最大未观察到有害作用剂量"值初步估计在低剂量组(0.438mg/kg体重)与中剂量组(4.38mg/kg体重)之间;血常规指标检测或可作为发现戊二醛职业接触工人慢性中毒的早期指标。Based on the relevant experimental glutaraldehyde toxicity testing on the first stage, subchronic toxicity test were carried out on the second phase of toxicity tests, in order to preliminarily probe glutaraldehyde "maximum no observed adverse effect level" (NOAEL) value. Referring to GB 15193.13-2003, three doses oral 90 days feeding experiment were performed. The animal growth, body weight growth and food utilization rate for 3 dose groups were not significantly different from those of control group. The red blood cells, hemoglobin, white blood cells for high, medium dose group were higher than those of the control group. The difference was significant (P〈0.05) or extremely significant (P〈0.01), and there was a dose-effect relationship for low, middle, high dose groups. The preliminary estimate of glutaraldehyde NOAEL value was between low dose group (0.438mg/kg body weight) and middle dose group (4.38mg/kg body weight); Blood routine indexes might be used as an early indicators of intoxication for workers chronically exposed to glutaraldehyde.
