摘 要:[目的]检测硫酰氟熏蒸处理作业人员尿氟浓度,探讨现有防护模式的防护效果。[方法]以硫酰氟熏蒸处理作业人员为实验对象,非一线作业人员为对照。收集晨尿,用氟离子选择电极法检测尿氟浓度,用苦味酸比色法测定尿肌酐含量,用肌酐校正尿氟浓度,获得研究对象的尿氟水平。[结果]78名硫酰氟熏蒸处理作业人员与58名非一线作业人员尿氟浓度均值为1.060 mg/L和0.599 mg/L,经t检验,t=3.896,p<0.05,差异有显著意义。[结论]从尿氟浓度来看,硫酰氟熏蒸处理作业人员的尿氟水平高于对照组,说明现有硫酰氟熏蒸防护措施尚不完善,需要进一步研究安全的防护措施。In order to explore the protective effect of existing protection mode, the level of urinary fluoride was determined in Sulfuryl fluoride fumigation workers at port. The sulfuryl fluoride fumigation workers served as subject group, office workers as control group, their urinary fluoride and creatinine were tested by fluorine ion selective electrode method and Picric acid colorimetric method repectively. The study detected the urinary fluoride and creatinine of 78 people in subject group and 58 office workers in control group. The ratio of urinary fluoride and creatinine in two group was 0.083 and 0.093 respectively, and the difference was significant (t=3.625, p〈0.05). Concerning that urinary fluoride for sulfuryl fluoride fumigation workers was higher than that for the control group, the existing sulfuryl fluoride fumigation protective measures might be insafe.
