摘　　要：e-Science环境下,学术环境和信息行为发生了变化,如何根据用户的学习和研究的生命周期来开展图书馆的知识服务,美国高校图书馆提出了用户为中心、需求为导向遵循教、学、研知识发生发展的规律,重塑图书馆服务模式,以求最大化地激发教、学、研生命周期中的学习与研究潜能。本文以伊利诺伊大学图书馆为例阐述了美国高校图书馆嵌入教、学、研流程的知识服务的实践。In e - Science, academic environment and information behavior have changed. Based on the user＇ s life cycle of learning and research, taking an user - centered, user - needs - based approach and following the law of knowl- edge creation and development during the process of teaching, learning and research, American academic libraries are reshaping the library service model. This paper uses the Library of University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign as an ex- ample, discusses how the Library explores the knowledge service model in the new trends in order to stimulate maximum potential of teaching, learning and research in the life cycle.
