摘　　要：目的:观察云南红药胶囊在高海拔地区治疗钝挫伤性前房出血的有效性。方法:采用随机、双肓和对照的方法,将90例(90眼)挫伤性前房出血的患者随机分为试验组和安慰剂组,试验组(n=45):在进行常规治疗后立即口服云南红药胶囊,每次0.25 g/粒,2粒/次,4次/d。对照组(n=45):在进行常规治疗后立即口服空白淀粉胶囊,每次0.25 g/粒,2粒/次,4次/d。比较两组的出血时间和视力恢复情况。结果:试验组在出血时间和治疗后视力恢复情况明显优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义。用药期间,两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论:与空白对照组相比,云南红药胶囊能减少钝挫伤性前房出血患者出血量,较快恢复患者的视力。Objective：To observe the effect of Yunnan Hongyao Capsule in treating contused hyphema in high altitude area .Methods：Ninety patients with contused hyphema were randomized to treatment group and placebo group In addition to regular medication , the treatment group（n=45） took Yunnan Hongyao Capsule, and the control group（n=45） took placebo capsule, 2 capsules once, 0.25g per capsule, 4 times a day.Bleeding time and recovery of visual acuity were compared .Results：Treatment group was superior to control group in reducing bleeding and improving recovery of visual acuity （P＆lt;0.05）.During the study, no obvious toxicity or adverse reaction were observed in both groups .Conclusion：Compared with placebo , Yunnan Hongyao can reduce bleeding and improve recovery of visual acuity for patients with contused hyphema .
