清热化瘀Ⅱ号治疗缺血性中风的疗效及对神经功能缺损评分和中医证候评分的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨清热化瘀Ⅱ号方治疗缺血性中风的临床治疗效果。方法:将我院2012年6月至2013年9月收治的120例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例,对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用尼莫地平,观察组加用清热化瘀Ⅱ号方,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后神经功能缺损和中医证候评分。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后神经功能缺损及中医证候评分分别为(10.63±1.01)分和(14.92±2.06)分,均低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清热化瘀Ⅱ号方治疗缺血性中风疗效显著,可明显促进患者神经功能恢复,安全有效,值得临床推广和应用。Objective：To explore clinical effect of No .Ⅱ Qingre Huayu （ clearing heat and resolving stasis ） in treatment of ischemic stroke and its effect on neurological deficit scores and TCM syndrome scores .Methods：One hundred and twenty patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital from June 2012 to September 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group , with 60 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given nimodipine on the basis of the conventional treatment while the observation group was given No .ⅡQingre Huayu formula .The clinical effect , neurological deficits and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups .Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （76.67%） （P＆lt;0.05）;after treatment, the neurological deficit and TCM syndrome scores of the observa-tion group were 10.63 ＆#177;1.01 and 14.92 ＆#177;2.06, which were significantly lower compared with the scores before treatment and those of the control group （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of No.ⅡQingre Huayu formula in treatment of ischemic stroke is sig-nificant, and it can significantly promote the recovery of neurological function .It is safe and effective , which is worth of being promoted and applied in clinical practice .
