摘 要:选用42.5级普通硅酸盐水泥、高铝水泥和石膏多元复合体系辅以多种外加剂研制出高性能超早强灌缝材料(TUSPM),系统地进行了不同胶砂比和膨胀剂掺量的研究,并对胶砂比1.5的微观结构进行分析。结果表明:该体系辅以多种外加剂可以配制出初始流动度达325mm,30min流动度>280mm,终凝时间(50±5)min,1d抗折强度达13.58MPa,1d抗压强度达39.3MPa,7d抗折强度达17.92MPa,7d抗压强度达71.8MPa,28d抗折强度强度>19MPa,28d抗压强度>99MPa,该体系微观结构紧凑致密,膨胀性能满足要求。The super early strength filling materials with high performance was developed by 42. 5 ordinary portland cement, high alumina cement, multicomponent complex system of gypsum with many kinds of additives. The different cement-sand ratios, expansive dosage, and the micro structure of cement-sand ratio 1.5 were studied. The results showed that the system supplemented by a variety of additives was that the initial fluidity was 325mm, 30rain fluidity was greater than 280mm, final setting time was (50 ±5) min, ld flexural strength was 13.58MPa, 7d flexural strength was 17.92MPa, 28d compressive strength was 99.6MPa. The micro structure of the system was compact and dense, expansion properties met the requirements.
