摘　　要：智库作为知识型组织机构,有效的知识管理对其十分重要,也是产生建设性研究结果的保障,智库知识库可以看作是机构知识库的一种特殊形式。文章通过对两个知名的智库RAND和SWP的知识库的分析研究,提出了智库知识库构建的通用流程,并针对智库研究活动全球化的挑战,提出智库知识库联盟发展的策略。Effective knowledge management is very important for think tank, which is a knowledge-based organization. It is also the guarantee for the generation of constructive research results. The knowledge base of think tank can be regarded as a special form of institutional knowledge base. Based on the analysis of the knowledge bases of the 2 well-known think tanks RAND and SWP, the paper puts forward the general process for the construction of the knowledge base of think tank, and proposes some strat- egies for the alliance development of the knowledge base of think tank according to the challenges of the globalization of think tank research activities.
