摘 要:探讨磁性纤维织物的四种功能性。以不锈钢纤维纺织品为参照,对磁性纤维织物磁学性能、防紫外线性能、电磁屏蔽性能、防静电性能进行了对比测试。试验结果表明:磁性纤维织物不但具有很好的磁学性能,还具有优良的防紫外线性能;磁性纤维织物屏蔽效能随着电磁频率的变化在10 MHz处出现一个峰值;磁性纤维织物导电性能较差,易产生静电,但在磁性作用下静电衰退迅速。认为:应加速磁性纤维的性能研究和应用,使之进入新的发展阶段。Magnetic fiber fabric four kinds of functions were discussed. Taking stainless steel fiber textiles as refer- ence, Magnetic fiber fabric property was contrasted and tested, including magnetic property, anti-UV property, electromag- netic shielding property,anti-static property. The test result shows that magnetic property and anti-UV property of mag- netic fiber fabric are better. Peak of magnetic fiber fabric shielding property would be appeared when electromagnetic fre- quency is in 10 MHz. Conductivity of magnetic fiber fabric is worse, static is produced easily, while static recession is faster under magnetic condition. It is considered that property research and application of magnetic fiber should be accel- erated,the development should be promoted to a new development stage.
