摘　　要：探讨新型色纺混色工艺流程的应用效果。分析了两种传统色纺纱混色工艺流程的优缺点。对FA106型开棉机进行了部分改进,采用JYH306型连续喂棉控制系统进行控制,设计了新型色纺纱混色工艺流程。介绍了该流程在某企业的实际使用情况,包括原料配用、排包方法、工艺参数设置和生产产品质量。认为:新的混色流程具有大小批量适应性强、流程短、生产灵活和混色均匀度高等优点,能够满足色纺纱生产使用要求。Application effect of new colored spinning processing flow was discussed. Advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of traditional color spinning blending processing flow were analyzed. FA106 opening machine was modified partly. JYH306 continuous feeding control system was adopted, new color spinning blending processing flow was de- signed. Application situation of the new processing flow in one enterprise was introduced, including raw material selec- tion ,fiber bale arrangement, processing parameter selection and product quality. It is considered that colored yarn pro- duction demands can be reached by the new color blending processing flow, advantages of the new color blending process- ing flow include stronger suitability, shorter processing line, flexible production mode and evener blending effect.
