摘　　要：总结蒸纱机选型中应注意的几个技术要点。针对蒸纱工艺要求,分析了间接蒸纱机工作原理和蒸纱特点,并从机械制造角度分析了蒸纱机缸体材料、开门方式、锁门方式、控制方式和密封方式对蒸纱效果的影响。指出:间接饱和蒸汽蒸纱是目前较理想的蒸纱方式;单纯从提高蒸纱效果而言,蒸纱机缸体应采用304型不锈钢制造,采用自动开门、锁门方式和微电脑加PLC的控制方式,并通过密封圈压门方式保持密封状态。认为企业可根据自身产品和成本需要从蒸纱机缸体材料、开门和锁门方式、控制方式及密封方式入手选择蒸纱机。Key points of selecting yarn steaming machine were summarized. According to steaming yarn demands, working principle and steaming characteristics of steaming machine were analyzed. Effect of related control methods on ~r steaming were analyzed from machinery aspects, such as steaming machine cylinder material, opening method, locking method, control method and sealing method. It is pointed out that the more ideal steaming method is indirect saturation steam steaming yarn. In consideration of improving steaming effect simply, steaming machine cylinder should be made by 304 type stainless steel, automatic opening and locking method, microcomputer plus PLC control should be adopted, seal- ing status should be kept by sealing loop type. It is considered that steaming machine should be selected according to steaming machine cylinder material, opening method, locking method, control method and sealing method by product and cost demands.
