摘  要:介绍蚕蛹蛋白改性粘胶混纺提花格织物的生产工艺。对比分析了蚕蛹蛋白改性粘胶纤维和普通粘胶纤维的性能。综合成本和物理机械性能指标,最终选蚕蛹蛋白改性粘胶纤维/涤纶/棉50/25/25 14.7 tex混纺赛络纱为设计织物的经纬纱,通过在各工序采用合理的工艺参数、控制车间温湿度等一系列技术措施,最终使得织机效率达90%以上。认为:所设计的提花格织物具有丝绸的光泽和质感,适宜制作高档衬衣、女装裙装等夏季贴身服装。Processing parameters of silkworm protein modified viscose fiber blended jacquard grid fabric were intro- duced. Properties of silkworm protein modified viscose fiber and common viscose fiber were contrasted and analyzed. Cost and physical mechanical property indexes were considered comprehensively, finally silkworm protein modified vis- cose fiber/polyester fiber/cotton fiber 50/25/25 14.7 tex blended siro spun yam were selected as warp and weft in de- sign fabric. Rational processing parameters in each process were adopted, temperature and humidity in workshop were controlled well,a series of measures were adopted, finally loom efficiency can be reached above 90%. It is considered that luster and texture of the designed jacquard grid fabric is like silk ,the fabric is suit to make underwear clothing such as high-grade shirt,women dresses etc.
