摘　　要：介绍特细号粘胶织物的生产工艺。分析了粘胶纤维的性能,对织部各工序生产工艺质量进行了探讨与实践,提出了"小张力、低回潮浆、小伸长"的浆纱工艺原则;在喷气织机上采用"小开口、小张力、低气压"的工艺措施;最大限度地控制和保护好经纬纱强力和伸长,减少织造过程中的断经和断纬现象,提高产品质量和生产效率,最终保证了产品的顺利生产。认为:优质的织前准备和稳定的温湿度是粘胶织物优质、高效生产的重要条件。Processing parameter of superfine Viscose fiber fabric were introduced. Viscose fiber property was ana- lyzed, processing parameter in each weaving process were discussed and practiced, sizing principle of less tension, lower sizing moisture regain, less elongation was put forward. Processing measures of less shed and tension, lower pressure were adopted in air jet loom. Warp and weft strength and elongation should be controlled and protected maximum, broken warp and broken weft should be reduced in weaving process, product quality and production efficiency should be improved, fi- nally product can be produced successfully. It is considered that the important conditions of high quality viscose fabric and high production efficiency include high quality pre-weaving preparation and stable temperature ＆ humidity.
