摘 要:研究了烟梗低浓打浆工艺对造纸法再造烟叶基片吸收性能的影响。研究表明:在低浓打浆下,烟梗打浆度的提高主要来自于长纤维被切断,而并非来自于纤维表面的分丝帚化。随着烟梗打浆度的提高,造纸法再造烟叶基片的强度提高,但是吸收性能下降。烟梗打浆度为18°SR,造纸法再造烟叶基片的各项性能指标达到最优。The low consistency beating technology of tobacco stem and its effect on the absorption of paper-making reconstituted tobacco substrate were studied. The research results show that under the action of low consistency beating, the increase of beating degree mainly comes from the cutting-off of long fibers, and not from the fibrous fibrillation. With the increase of beating degree, the strength of paper-making reconstituted tobacco snbstrate gets improved, but its absorption was declined. When the beating degree of tobacco stem pulp is 18°SR, all the physical properties of reconstituted tobacco can reach to the optimum.
